Invitation to submit a tender for health insurance services
The Consulate General of the Republic of Lithuania in Almaty, acting as an authorized entity and executing a joint public procurement procedure, intends to purchase health insurance services for the employees and family members of the Consulate General.
The value of the joint procurement does not exceed international threshold value, therefore, it is conducted as a simplified procedure. Health insurance service contracts for the Consulate General shall be awarded by means of the following procedure - a published survey. The Public Procurement Commission of the Consulate General is responsible for conducting this procurement.
The Consulate General of the Republic of Lithuania in Almaty hereby invites you to take part in the survey concerning the purchase of health insurance services. All the information concerning the terms of the survey can be found in the contract documents attached.
We would kindly ask you to submit a tender using the form provided in the Annex 2 of the contract documents by 5:00 PM 27th of November 2025 (local Almaty time) to e-mail address: audrone.kantauskaite@urm.lt, consulate.almata@mfa.lt . Late tenders will not be considered.
