Lithuanian businessmen discover Kyrgyzstan
June 16 the business delegation of the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists participated in the Lithuanian-Kyrgyz Business Forum at the Sheraton Hotel in Bishkek.
"It is gratifying that together with the Kyrgyz Chamber of Commerce and Industry we are organizing the second business forum in Bishkek in recent years and that this time we have a large business delegation from Lithuania. I believe that this forum and B2B meetings will be successful and will contribute to the increase of bilateral economic cooperation between Lithuania and Kyrgyzstan. I would like to introduce you to Mr. Zanibek Myrzabayev, the future Honorary Consul of Lithuania in Kyrgyzstan, who has extensive experience in business and we hope that he will help us and Lithuanian business to work successfully in Kyrgyzstan. - said the Consul General of the Republic of Lithuania in Almaty Gvidas Kerušauskas.
A delegation of the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists, led by Remigijus Kabečius, Director of Business Councils, about 50 local business representatives and representatives of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Transport took part in the business forum in Bishkek. During the forum, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Lithuanian National Road Carriers Association “Linava” and the Association of International Road Carriers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Consul General of the Republic of Lithuania in Almaty Gvidas Kerušauskas, Chairman of the Board of the Lithuanian Transport Innovation Association Jurgis Adomavičius, Director of UAB Transit Service Center Giedrius Lubas and Žanibek Myrzabaevas met with Ulan Kimsanov, First Deputy of the Kyrgyz State Customs .
The Lithuanian-Kyrgyz Business Forum in Bishkek was organized by the Consulate General of the Republic of Lithuania in Almaty and the Kyrgyz Chamber of Commerce and Industry, together with the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists and the Sheraton Bishkek Hotel.
