Meeting with the head of the representative office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan - B. Bulegenov
November 16, 2023 The Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania in Kazakhstan - E. Navikas together with the Consul General in Almaty - G. Kerušauskas participated in a bussines meeting with the head of the representative office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan in Almaty - B. Bulegenov and his deputy - I. Raimov.
Bilateral trade prospectives, Lithuanian business mission plans for 2024 to Almaty and South Kazakhstan regions, cooperation in the fields of science and education were discussed during the meeting.
The ambassador also provided information about the "Twinning" program funded by the European Union and suggested to Kazakhstani side to actively submit projects in order to adopt the best public sector experience of EU Member States.
