Meeting with Z.G. Musagulovna, director of the Kazakh State Art Museum named after A. Kasteev
On January 25, 2024, the Consul General of Lithuania in Almaty G. Kerusauskas met with the Director of the A. Kasteyev State Museum of Arts - Zhumabekova Gulayim Musagulovna.
During the meeting, issues of further cooperation in order to strengthen cultural ties between the Consulate General of the Republic of Lithuania in Almaty and the A. Kasteyev State Museum of Arts, as well as the plan of joint cooperation were discussed.
Consul General thanked the director of the museum for the opportunity to organize exhibitions of Lithuanian artists at the A. Kasteyev State Museum of Arts, and promised to help establish relations with Lithuanian museums.
At the A. Kasteyev State Museum artworks of local and artists from all over the world are kept. The museum's collection contains more than 25000 exhibits, including more than 100 works by artists from Lithuania.
