On November 25, a bowling tournament “We Strike for Hope” took place in Almaty
On November 25, 2025, the Lithuanian community in Almaty held a bowling tournament titled “We Strike for Hope,” organized by the Consulate General of the Republic of Lithuania in Almaty. This event has been held for four consecutive years and has become a well-established tradition, attracting the attention of local Lithuanian and Ukrainian communities as well as diplomatic missions accredited in Almaty and Astana. Diplomatic colleagues and friends in teams had an excellent opportunity to compete, socialize informally, and get to know each other better. All funds raised will be donated to children in Ukraine. Special thanks go to Lithuanian and Kazakhstan businesses that supported this charitable initiative: "Libella Bottlers Almaty", "Urbon Design", and "Komfort".
