On 10 July, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, Kęstutis Budrys, participated in the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 in Rome. During the conference, Budrys signed agreements with Ukraine in the fields of education, rehabilitation services for people affected by the war, and the inclusion of young professionals in the public sector.

On 7 July, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, Kęstutis Budrys, conferred the honorary award of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania - Lithuania's Diplomacy Star - on Romualda Klicius, former Honorary Consul of Lithuania in the state of Georgia (U.S.A.), and the medal “For Merits at the Lithuanian Diplomatic Service” to Ambassador Valdemaras Sarapinas in Poland.

This is a traditional annual meeting of the ambassadors of Lithuania, where the achievements of the past year are evaluated and future tasks are discussed.

Today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania summoned the chargé d’affaires ad interim of the Russian Embassy in Lithuania to protest regarding the extremely massive shelling of Ukraine by the Russian military forces. On the night of 3 July, Russia launched 550 combat drones and various missiles across Ukraine.
